your not gonna be Tiger Woods all the time. However, if you know your getting worse, go talk to a pro and get lessons. However, nothing else i can do for you. whats your EXACT problem, do you know? Just go see a pro, please.
Go back to basics, hit the driving range and find a club you hit well. Hit it a few times and then move a club up or down. The golf swing is very easy to lose, a quick look from a club pro can help as well. The biggest thing is probably to stop trying so hard. Go out there and forget all the bad things. Don’t really care how you hit the ball and just swing at it. The harder you press, the more your muscles tighten up and the worse your swing gets.
It may actually do you a lot of good to take some time off. You may find you come back and have lost the bad habit that is hurting you.
It happens to the best of them. If you don’t know what you’re doing wrong, I’d suggest taking a couple of lessons. A good instructor ought to be able to see where you’re having trouble.
If you don’t have the cash, I’d do like the others suggested. Go back to the fundamentals like grip, straight front arm, etc….
Maybe go to the range and start hitting your shorter irons since they are the easiest in the bag to hit. Once you start hitting a club well, more to the next club and so on. For example, start with the PW, then 9-iron, 8-iron, etc….until you get to the driver. Good luck….hope this helps.
well everyone has their ups and downs, but for a question like this, you have to be more specfic… all i can say is that u should spend extra time on the putting and chipping greens, because 1/2 ur score come from that… and practice from ur short irons up spending more time on ur lofted clubs and less time with ur less lofteds…. for u woods keep a slightly closed stance, for your short irons slightly open, and square in between…. and I can’t tell u anything else that a golf website can tell you…
Here is a golf school that has some great golf tips. They have video, animation and other types of golf tips. It could be that you are over thinking your swing, stance, etc. Even though you don’t think you’ve changed at all - you are doing things a bit differently than before. Try watching the videos and get back to basics.
I agree with other posters. Lessons from a good teacher, are the first thing you need. Golf is the strangest sport. With bike-riding or ice-skating, you don’t forget how to do it. With golf, your body can start doing strange things that you can’t even tell you’re doing. I would get lessons and have the teacher video tape your sessions.
Another thing might be to quit golf for a month and then come back. I’ve had to do that several times.

I highly recommend not trying to fix your game while you’re playing. You might destroy your mental game.
Go back to the basics. Get some help. Take a break from playing and practice instead. When you can’t wait any longer to play go play.

Hope this helps
paralysis by over analysis
stop changing things on the course just play with what you came with even if it is a 30yard slice and work on your game off course
simplify your swing try this
get a full length mirror and practice your back swings
your are looking to see that halfway back your club face is not to the right or left of your hands
and the leading edge of the club face is on the swing plane
at the top of the back swing the leading edge of the club face should be parallel to your left forearm
